Example of Montly Fee Calculation ( For clients )

– The calculation method is simple. The price is calculated based on the number of
hours of learning sessions made each month. For example, your child who will take
the UPSR exam this year takes home tuition for the subject Bahasa Melayu.
The hourly payment rate for Primary 6 student is rm40/hour.
How to calculate the monthly fee: RM40 x 1.5 hours (minimum per class session 1 hour
30 minutes) x 4 class sessions per month = RM240 per month.
OR

“If my child takes science and english subjects, how much will it cost?” If two subjects
the calculation is as follows:
How to calculate the monthly fee for two subjects: RM40 x 1.5 hours (minimum per class
session 1 hour 30 minutes) x 4 class sessions per month x 2 subjects = RM480 per
month.
OR
– If you feel that your child only needs a little guidance from the tutor and plan to have
a class session only three times a month, then the calculation is:
How to calculate it for a class session 3 times a month: RM40 x 1.5 hours (minimum of
each class session 1 hour 30 minutes) x 3 class sessions a month = RM180 a month.
OR
For students who want to study together with their friends in a group, the monthly fee
will be cheap. Each additional student will be charged an additional RM15/hour. For
example your child (Form 3) and two of his friends study in one group (1 tutor teaching 3
students).
Fee calculation method: RM50 (Hourly rate for form 3 students) + RM15 (first friend) +
RM15 (second friend) = RM80/hour.
If the class is held 4 times a month, RM80 x 1.5 hours x 4 sessions = RM480. This means
that a student only needs to pay RM160 (RM480 divided by 3 people).
However, the maximum capacity for this group class is only limited to 4 students in one
group. This is to ensure that the tutor can focus on each student to understand clearly.
